Available for organisations today
- One organisation
People, devices, tasks, schedules and credits belong to the organisation. Members join with a role.
- Roles
Owner, admin and member. Revoking a device, changing security settings and reading the audit trail follow the roles you'd expect.
- Production approvals
Work that touches a production system stops for a decision; only an owner or admin may give it.
- Audit trail
Decisions, device changes, key and webhook events, credit movements: who, what and when, readable in the product.
- Credit budgets
Budgets cap what a period may spend; every reservation and settlement is an entry you can inspect.
- Developer access
API keys with scopes, webhooks with signed deliveries, and the same tasks and results the product uses.

- Single sign-on and SCIM
Not yet. Members sign in with email and password or a passkey, and sessions can be revoked from any device.
- Private deployment
Running PHRONEN in your own environment is not yet offered as a supported product.
- Custom retention
Today, retention follows the defaults in the privacy policy.
- Independent audit and certification
PHRONEN has not had an independent security audit, and holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification yet.

How credits and the hosted gateway work
- Account credits
People sign in. Work meters against the organisation’s plan and packs. Talking to sales does not charge a card while payments are off.
- Hosted gateway
Work runs through PHRONEN’s hosted gateway on those credits. Organisation members do not paste a provider key to use the product.
- Developer access
Scoped API keys and signed webhooks are organisation controls — not an end-user provider model key.
