Shipping and delivery
Nothing is posted. What you buy is added to the account after the payment is confirmed.
- No physical goods
PHRONEN does not sell or ship anything by post or courier. There is no shipping charge and no delivery address.
- What is delivered
A paid plan or a credit pack is added to the signed-in account after Razorpay confirms the payment. You see it on Usage.
- How long
Delivery is the account update after payment confirmation. If the payment succeeds and the plan or credits are still missing, write to support@phronen.com or open a support case.
