Cancellation and refunds

Plans and credit packs are delivered in the account. A charge that does not deliver what you bought is refunded.

What you pay for
A plan covers one period. A credit pack is a one-time purchase. Prices are on the pricing page, in INR. The charge is taken by Razorpay after you sign in, on Usage.
When it is delivered
The plan or the credits are added to the account only after Razorpay confirms the payment. Nothing is shipped.
Cancellation
A purchase does not charge the card again by itself. The next period starts only if you buy it. There is no separate cancellation fee.
Refunds
A payment that Razorpay has captured, and that does not add the plan or the credits you bought, is refunded to the same payment method. Unused time in a period that was delivered is not refunded.
