Terms of service

• The service

  PHRONEN takes responsibility for outcomes you hand it, across the devices you trust, and shows you the evidence. It is available on the web, on your devices, in the terminal, in Zed and over the API. What each plan includes is stated on the pricing page.

• Your content

  You own your files, and everything PHRONEN produces for you. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service. Nothing from your organisation is used to train models.

• Acceptable use

  No unlawful use, no attempts to get around approvals or the lines described on the trust page, and no use against systems you are not authorised to operate.

• Autonomy and approvals

  PHRONEN acts within what you grant it and stops before anything irreversible. You are responsible for the approvals you give and for reading the evidence before relying on a result.

• Your computer and your accounts

  PHRONEN uses this computer, or a cloud computer you choose, only within what you allow. Connected applications are used for the account you authorized. High-impact steps — sending, paying, deleting, deploying, or controlling the computer — stop until you confirm.

• Billing

  Work is metered in credits. The Free plan is not purchased. Paid plans and credit packs are priced on the pricing page. A card is charged only when payments are switched on, and credits or the plan are added only after the payment provider confirms the payment. While payments are off, creating an account does not charge a card. Cancellation and refunds are on the cancellation and refunds page. Taxes may apply.

• Availability

  We publish live status at phronen.ai/status. No availability percentage is promised until we can measure and show one.

• Liability

  To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

• Ending

  You may close your account at any time; your organisation’s records go with it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
