Memory (PHRONEN.md)
What PHRONEN should always know about you and your projects, in plain Markdown files it reads at the start of every conversation.
| File | Read for |
|---|---|
| ~/.phronen/PHRONEN.md | you, in every project |
| PHRONEN.md in the project (and its parent folders) | the project; the nearest one comes last and wins. AGENTS.md is read when there is no PHRONEN.md |
| PHRONEN.local.md in the project | you, in this project — keep it out of version control |
