PHRONEN reads outside content to do its work, and never takes orders from it. Text found in a page, a message, a file or a tool’s output is treated as material to reason about, not as a request from you.

- Irreversible steps stop for your decision regardless of what content suggested them.
- Anything a step sends outside the device is marked as such in the record.
