What is stored where
Your files stay on your devices. The record of what was done stays with your account.

| Your devices | your files, screenshots taken during work, browser sessions, and what PHRONEN observed there |
| Your account | the organisation, members and roles, trusted devices, tasks and their events and evidence records, standing responsibilities, credits, the audit trail |
| Outside services | only what a step needs, when a step needs an outside model or service; those steps are marked as leaving the device |
Nothing from your organisation is used to train models. Passwords are stored hashed; API keys are stored hashed; a password reset signs out every other session.
